Ever since the first pictures emerged, I’ve been (to be polite) less than thrilled that Electro resembles Mr. Freeze from Batman & Robin…
And now it looks like (if you’ll notice the giant robotic rhinoceros on the left side of the banner) Paul Giamatti’s take on Rhino has been reduced to him just being a dude manning a f–king Power Ranger Zord…
The only hope I have left here is in Dane Dehaan as Harry Osborn/Green Goblin, because that guy is an amazing actor. (Go back and watch Chronicle if you haven’t yet.)

I defended the first Amazing Spider-Man movie because I think it’s pretty good. I don’t hate Andrew Garfield. He’s a good actor. But, these characters are changing so much that basically all they have in common with the characters from the comics is that they share the same name. It’s… disheartening… for a comic book fan.
