The Flash is coming to TV… again. After Barry Allen (the Flash’s alter ego) made two appearances on the CW’s Arrow, he is getting his own TV adaptation headed by none other than former Flash writer, and DC chief creative officer, Geoff Johns alongside Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg, who have been doing a great job on Arrow.
In anticipation for the pilot episode, which should start shooting sometime next week, WB Television has released a teaser of Flash star, Grant Gustin, in costume. The costume itself was designed by the three time Academy Award winning Colleen Atwood, who also designed the costume on Arrow.
What do you guys think? I know its only a head shot, but that photo gives me hope that they will stay truer to the character than most television shows. Cue excitement – now.
